Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has been going on for a long time, where the morbidity and mortality due to COVID-19 is quite high. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of online learning on burnout incidents and learning motivation. The design of this study was cross-sectional. This research was conducted at the Rustida Health Academy with students as research respondents, with a sample size of 104 students who were selected by random sampling technique. Data were obtained using a burnout scale and a Likert scale questionnaire, and then analyzed using a regression test. The results of the analysis show that the p value for learning motivation is 0.012 while for burnout is 0.150. Furthermore, it is concluded that online learning is more influential on learning motivation than causing burnout.
